Why is yoga good for you?

According to Johns Hopkins Medicine, yoga offers physical and mental health benefits for people of all ages. It improves strength, balance and flexibility, and helps with back pain relief. Yoga also supports stress management, mental health, mindfulness, healthy eating, weight loss and quality sleep.


Join us to unwind after your working week and ease into the weekend. This will be a gentle practice releasing tension from the body and suitable for everyone.
